From the song "Ice Cream" (I believe that is the name) by Sarah McLachlan. I was actually planning on spending my entire Saturday on a totally different piece but I heard this song last night.
First it was going to be all lovey dovey, a chick eating ice cream. But then I thought, how does that show that the love is better than the ice cream? Then my mind went morbid when I was trying to figure out the problem
Sooo, instead of the love being better than the ice cream, the love is the ice cream! 
Obsession is fun.
That's a heart in the ice cream, not sure if that is very clear, its like stuffed down in side of the cone and all bloody, mmmm.
I like how this came out. I think I will get a print of this whenever I finally buy a subscription. I figured I was due for another dark image anyhow. Hope you guys like it too
Edit: Just made it bigger so more details can be seen in full view - didn't realize it was so small.
